What is Return Policy?
Return packages must be postmarked within 30 days of when your order was delivered. After this deadline, return packages might not be accepted.
Return shipping is free for packages that have a postmark made within ten days of the delivery date. If you send back a package after 10 days, $7 will be deducted from your refund.
No matter how much they cost, things that are on final sale are not eligible for returns, credits, or refunds.
Returns must be in brand-new condition, which means they must still have the sanitary liner inside and not have been worn or washed.
Items must be returned with all vendor tags still attached.
Shoes must be returned to their original boxes. It is preferable to pack the shoes in a different box or postal mailer rather than using the shoe box as a shipping box.
It is required to return health and beauty products unopened, in their original packaging, and with the seal still on them.
Dust bags that came with handbags and purses must be included when returning them.
The correct sizes for items that were purchased as a set must be returned, just as they were.
No returns will be accepted for anything with apparent evidence of usage, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or anything else that doesn’t comply with our return policy.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded in cash.
Customers who return an excessive amount of merchandise may have their service terminated by Lulus.
How do I make a return?

What is Exchange Policy?
The same item in a different size is the only thing you may exchange online.
Orders that have been fully paid for with Store Credit, Klarna, or Afterpay cannot be exchanged. If you used one of these methods to make your payment, please see our Return Policy to learn how to ship the item back.
A single online exchange is permitted per item.
Online exchanges are only permitted with US shipping addresses.
If a different size is offered and you purchase something on final sale for more than $25, you may swap it. It cannot be exchanged if the required size is not available.
Items from the last sale that cost less than $25 are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
No matter how much something costs, you cannot return it, obtain a refund, or get an online credit.
Sending online trades is done using standard postage.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to begin an online exchange.
In order to avoid being charged for the new item and a $7 return postage fee, you must mail back the item you want to replace within 10 days after starting the exchange online.
Once we receive the original item back at our returns centre, we’ll refund the price of it if you’ve already been charged for the replacement item.
According to the guidelines in the return policy, all items being exchanged must be returned. Items that don’t fit the requirements outlined in the return policy may not be accepted.
How do I make an exchange?

You can exchange an item for a free new size that we’ll mail you. If you make an exchange and do not send back the unwanted size within 10 days you won’t be charged.

What would cause my return/exchanged item to be denied?
Items brought back without all of the vendor tags still on them
Items with makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume or other product stains that show they have been used.
Shoes returned without a box or in a box that has been damaged may not be accepted
Beauty and health products that have been used and/or returned with a broken seal or without their original packaging
Handbags and purses that were sold with a dust bag but were brought back without it
Items that were sold as sets but not returned as sets
Items from the final sale can be returned for a refund instead of an exchange
Returns that are mailed in after the return period is over
What is my time frame to return or exchange an item?
Within 30 days after the delivery date, packages that have been returned via mail are acceptable. Your return will be rejected and sent back to you if the postmark on it is beyond this deadline.
Up to 30 days following the day the item was delivered we will accept exchanges. Within ten days of being marked for exchange, items must be returned with a postmark.
You will be charged for the new item if the item you want to exchange doesn’t have a postmark within 10 days.
Will I get charged for return shipping?
Your parcel must have a postmark that is within 10 days of the delivery date in order to qualify for free return shipping.

Do you provide return labels to Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses?
You might not be able to obtain a return shipping label if you reside in a remote location in Hawaii or Alaska and don’t have easy access to shipping companies.
Items delivered to APO/FPO addresses will include a USPS return label.
Can I combine returns from different orders?
Yes. Items from many orders can be combined for a single return as long as you provide the order numbers for each item within the package. This will save you money on postage, packaging and time.
We advise you to jot down the order numbers for each item on a piece of paper, then include the paper with the returned item in the package. Without the correct order number a delivery could be sent and result in processing errors or take a very lengthy period.
Can I exchange an item more than once?

What if I return a non-Lulus item?
Lulus isn’t responsible for personal items or things that aren’t from Lulus that are sent back to our warehouse. We suggest carefully packing your return and making sure it only has the items you want to send back to Lulus.
Do you provide return labels to US territories?
We do not provide return labels to customers who reside in US territories. Within 45 days of the order’s delivery, commence your return by following the instructions below.

Can you cancel a Lulus order?

Can I return Lululemon online purchase in store?
