What is Return Policy?

Packages you want to send back must have a postmark within 30 days of when your order arrived. Return packages sent after this time frame may not be accepted.

Packages sent back with a postmark within 10 days of the date of delivery can be sent back for free. Return packages that are sent back after 10 days will have $7 taken out of the refund amount.

There are no returns, refunds, or online credits for items that are on final sale, no matter how much they cost.

Returns must be in new condition, meaning they haven’t been worn or washed and have the hygienic liner inside.

All vendor tags must be on the items when they are returned.

Shoes must be put back in the box they came in. The shoe box shouldn’t be used as a shipping box; it should be packed in a separate box or shipping mailer.

Products for beauty and health must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with the seal still intact.

Handbags and purses that were sold with a dust bag must be returned with the original dust bag.

Items that were bought as a set must be returned with the right sizes, as they were bought.

Items that have obvious signs of use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or anything else that doesn’t meet our Return Policy will not be accepted.

You can’t return or get money back for gift cards

Lulus has the right to cut off service to customers who send back too many items.

How do I make a return?

What is Exchange Policy?

The only thing you can exchange online is the same item in a different size.

You can’t exchange orders that were paid for in full with Store Credit, Klarna, or Afterpay. If you paid with one of these methods, please look at our Return Policy to find out how to send the item back.

You can exchange an item online once per item.

Only shipping addresses in the US can be used for online exchanges.

If you buy something on final sale that costs more than $25, you can exchange it for a different size if it’s available. If the size needed is not available, there is no way to exchange it.

We don’t let you return or exchange final sale items that cost less than $25.

You can’t return, get a refund, or get an online credit for anything that’s on final sale, no matter how much it costs.

Standard shipping is used to send online exchanges.

You must start an online exchange within 30 days of when the item was delivered.

You must mail back the item you want to exchange within 10 days of starting the exchange online, or you will be charged for the new item and a $7 return shipping fee.

If you’ve already been charged for the new item, we’ll refund the price of the first item once we get it back at our returns center.

All exchanged items must be sent back according to the rules in the Return Policy. Items that don’t meet the acceptable conditions listed in the Return Policy may be denied.

How do I make an exchange?

It’s easy to change sizes. Enter your email address and order number to get in. Follow the steps to start your exchange and get the return label for the item you want to send back.

We’ll send you a free new size of the item you want to exchange. You will only be charged if you don’t send back the size you don’t want within 10 days of making an exchange.

What would cause my return/exchanged item to be denied?

Items brought back without all of the vendor tags still on them

Items with makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or other product stains that show they have been used.

Shoes returned without a box or in a box that has been damaged may not be accepted.

Beauty and health products that have been used and/or returned with a broken seal or without their original packaging

Handbags and purses that were sold with a dust bag but were brought back without it

Items that were sold as sets but not returned as sets

Items from the final sale can be returned for a refund instead of an exchange

Returns that are mailed in after the return period is over

What is my time frame to return or exchange an item?

We’ll accept packages that have been mailed back within 30 days of the date of delivery. If your return has a postmark after this date, it will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

We will accept exchanges up to 30 days after the date the item was delivered. Items that have been marked for exchange must be sent back with a postmark within 10 days of being marked.

If the item you want to exchange doesn’t have a postmark within 10 days, you will be charged for the new item.

Will I get charged for return shipping?

To get free return shipping, your package must have a postmark within 10 days of when it was delivered.

Didn’t get it to the post office in ten days? If you used our shipping label, $7 will be taken out of your refund for each package sent back after 10 days if you used our label.

Do you provide return labels to Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses?

If you live in a rural area of Hawaii or Alaska and don’t have easy access to shipping carriers, you might not be able to get a return shipping label.

Items sent to APO/FPO addresses will come with a USPS label for sending them back.

Can I combine returns from different orders?

Yes. You can save money on shipping, time, and packaging by returning items from more than one order as long as you include the order numbers for each item inside the package.

We suggest that you write each order number on a slip of paper and put it inside the package you are sending back. If a package is received without the right order number, it could cause mistakes or take a long time to process.

Can I exchange an item more than once?

Online exchanges are available one time, per item.

What happens if I refuse a package or it is undeliverable?

Please get in touch with our Customer Service team if you want to reship or cancel an order that was sent back to us.

What if I return a non-Lulus item?

Lulus isn’t responsible for personal items or things that aren’t from Lulus that are sent back to our warehouse. We suggest carefully packing your return and making sure it only has the items you want to send back to Lulus.

Do you provide return labels to US territories?

Customers in US territories do not get return labels from us. Follow the steps below to start your return within 45 days of when your order was delivered.
