You have to send it back 45 days from the date you bought something. To be eligible for a return, you must ensure that the package has a postmark within 45 days of the purchase date.

They do not accept returns made more than 45 days after the purchase date, and they will not refund your money in such cases.

If you’ve already sent back some items from the order but want to send back more, you must do so within 45 days of the date of purchase and pay for the return shipping.

1) Select InPost Instant Returns and generate a QR code

2) Scan the code on your phone at your local locker and select your parcel size

3) Put your parcel inside and shut the door

The courier will apply a label for you when they collect your return from the locker.

You should return all items from the same order in one parcel. If you make multiple returns on the same order, we will deduct £2.50 from your refund. The maximum size of the parcel is 41cm x 38cm x 64cm.

③ Royal Mail

One free return label is included with each purchase. We will deduct £2.50 from your refund if you return further items from the same order in the future. You can use either the return label or the QR code. (The return label’s dimensions should be 100×150 mm.)

1. Sign into your SHEIN account.
2. Find the order in My Orders, and click the “Return Item” button.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reasons, and submit.
4. Select the return method.
5. If you decide to use the company’s return service, they will give you a return label or QR code. If you want to use the return label, print it out and securely stick it to the package’s wrapping.
6. Then, take the package to the nearest parcel shop point. No label is needed if you use a QR code. Just take the code to the nearest parcel shop, where they’ll take care of the rest.

Can I return items if they are Worn, or Damaged, or have the tags removed?

1. You can only return items that you have not worn, washed, or damaged, and that still have their original tags and hygiene stickers.
2. Bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, beauty products, underwear, event and party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets). If a cosmetic’s hygiene seal has been broken, we can’t give you your money back.
3. Items that say they can’t be returned and gifts can’t be sent back.

Notice: Please do not include non-SHEIN items by accident in your return package. They will not be responsible for sending those items back to you.

1. After we get your package, it will take seven days to get your money back. Your refund will be sent to either your SHEIN Wallet or the way you paid for the item in the first place, depending on what you choose.
