How long do I have to send back something I bought, and do I have to pay for shipping both ways?

You should return all items from the same order in one parcel. If you make multiple returns on the same order, we will deduct £2.50 from your refund. The maximum size of the parcel is 41cm x 38cm x 64cm.

③ Royal Mail

One free return label is included with each purchase. We will deduct £2.50 from your refund if you return further items from the same order in the future. You can use either the return label or the QR code. (The return label’s dimensions should be 100×150 mm.)

  3. Items that say they can’t be returned and gifts can’t be sent back.
