Third-Party Seller Returns
When you purchase from a seller who ships & fulfills orders also known as a “third-party seller,” your return is handled by the seller rather than Amazon.com.

Third-Party sellers must provide either a US return address, a prepaid return label, or a full refund without requiring the item to be returned. If a seller does not provide these options for returning your items, You can file an A-to-Z guarantee claim to get assistance with your return.
If you are sending the item within the united states & the order is worth $100 or more, you should insure the package & use a shipping service that requires a signature. Items worth more than $35 must be returned to the seller via a trackable shipping service.
For items under $35, We recommend the USPS delivery confirmation service. If you do not use a trackable method of return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may be unable to cover you under the A-to-z Guarantee.
Amazon Global Store Returns
When you return something to us, it can take up to 25 days to arrive. It takes two business days to process the refund after the item arrives at our fulfillment center, & another 3-5 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
Most Amazon Global Store returns come with a Prepaid UPS return label. This allows you to drop off the item(s) at any UPS Drop off location in the United States. To find the UPS location that is most convenient for you, follow this link:

Not all products in the Global Store are eligible for free returns. The cost of returning the item will be on you in this Scenario, We advise returning the item(s) Using a Method that can be followed up on by the Carrier of your Choice.
Amazon will Automatically reimburse Up to $20 for the return postage costs when it receives the item. You can call our Customer Service Center & request a refund if the cost of your return postage is more than $20.
You will receive your Import Fees Deposit back along with the full cost of Shipping if you return a broken, incorrect, or Defective item.
Refunds on Amazon
Your refund amount & refund delivery options may change if you return an item. In Your Orders, look up the payment method that was refunded and the status of your refund.

How long are refunds processed?

Gift Returns

Incorrect Returns
Include everything when you send something back, including the appropriate item. You must send back the right item in order to receive your money back.
Items sent to us by error are not kept by Amazon. Instead, it donates or recycles them when it makes sense & is practical. Please get in touch with Customer Service right away if you Unintentionally sent Amazon the incorrect item.
Despite sending Amazon the incorrect item, they won’t reimburse you, and they can’t guarantee that it will be located and returned.
Amazon Alexa Voice Shopping
Non digital Alexa purchases can be returned for free, but purchases from Amazon Pharmacy must adhere to Amazon return policy. Use the Returns Center in the same way that you would normally return something purchased with Alexa.
Furthermore, we will automatically refund any shipping costs you paid to return the item. Seven days after the product refund, the shipping refund should appear in your account.

Kindle e-readers, Fire tablets, Amazon Fire TV devices, Echo devices, & the Amazon-branded accessories that come with them can be returned to Amazon.com within 30 days of getting the shipment as long as they are in the same condition as when they were bought.
Additionally, all Amazon-branded devices & accessories that are returned & refunded or replaced immediately become Amazon’s property.

Amazon Fresh and Grocery Items
Wine and other grocery items, such as Amazon Fresh, cannot be returned to Amazon but can be exchanged or refunded.

Photos printed products cannot be returned but they can be refunded or replaced.
Amazon Pharmacy
We’re unable to accept returns. This comes with a 6-month supply of medicine in case your doctor changes your prescription & you have to switch medicines. Amazon Renewed

Items for babies can be returned within 90 days of purchase.
Within a year of when they were shipped, gifts purchased from a baby registry can be returned.
Breast pumps must be returned unused, undamaged, & in their original packaging with the factory seal intact.
We, however, won’t refund your original shipping fees if the reason for your return wasn’t an Amazon mistake.
Birthday Gift List
Amazon allows returns on birthday gifts up to 90 days after delivery.
Organizer has 30 days to return items purchased from Amazon.com; consequently, the items must be sent back within the given time frame.
Clothing and Accessories
You have Up to 30 days after delivery to send back clothes & accessories.
You can return items from The Drop Collections, but the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund because the item is made just For you.
Collectibles (sports & entertainment)

Amazon Custom gift List items can be returned 90 days after being sent.
Registrars can return items within 30 days.
Customized Products
Additionally, customized products can also include those that have been tailored or modified to meet specific customer requirements. Engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching, carving, or printing are common examples of these types of customizations.
The A-to-Z Guarantee applies to custom-made items sold by third-party sellers. If you want to file a claim for these items, please keep the following in mind:
