All requests for refunds or exchanges must be submitted within 30 days after the delivery confirmation email, and Zara.com retains the right to refuse returns that are postmarked beyond the 30-day deadline or that are not in their original condition.

When returning the goods, make sure to return them in their original packaging, unused, and with their tags still on.

How To Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date your order was shipped to return something you bought from Zara.com. All of the tickets should be on the items & they should be in perfect condition.

You can return your goods in one of these ways:

Return Zara Store

You can return your order for free at any Zara store in the same market or region where you bought it.

All you have to do is show the sales receipt and the items you want to return. You can show it on your phone print it out or bring in your ZARA QR code which you can find in the “Purchases” section of the Zara app.

Remember that you do not have to ask for a return through the website or app if you’re returning something in-store.

You can send someone else if you can’t go to the store.

How do I access my invoice?

If you already have an account at Zara.com use your username & password to sign in. Under the details of the order you want to return, you will see a link to view your electronic receipt.

If you bought something as a “guest” you can find your receipt by clicking on the link in the email we sent you about your order.

Return Drop Point

The $3.95 USD fee for returns will be deducted from your refund.

You could request a return in the “Returns” section if you purchased the item as a registered user.

If you made a “guest” purchase, you can request a return by clicking the link in any email we send you regarding your order.

You may return items from multiple orders in the same shipment, and we will send you the same number of return labels as the number of shipments you send through email. Take the package you want to return to any drop-off location after applying the label to it.

If you want to return a large HOME item from your order, we’ll ask you to contact us so we can arrange a home return for you.

Please keep in mind that you need to postmark your return package no later than 30 days after receiving the email confirming shipment.

Return request

Remember to fill out the return request form if you drop off a return. You don’t need to send the printed receipt. Please remember that you can only buy things online & use the drop-point return option. It doesn’t work for things bought in one of our stores.

Change or cancel your return request by contacting us. If you keep any items from the request do nothing else. Only products sent to us will be refunded.

Don’t forget that you can send back items from different orders in the same package. Choose all of the items you want to return regardless of their order numbers & keep going with the return request process until it’s done.

Don’t forget that as part of the return request process, you have to say how many packages you will use to send back the items you want.

You Will Receive an email with return labels for all of the packages you plan to return up to the number of parcels you dropped off at the retail location.

Return packaging

You can send your product back in any other tightly packed container if you don’t have the original packaging. However, ZARA HOME Merchandise must be exchanged in its original unopened packaging.

Remember that you have 30 days to hand over the things you want to return before the return period ends. If you asked for pick up but it hasn’t happened yet please contact us so we can set up a new time for pick-up.

We will use the same payment method that you used to purchase the item to send the money back to you.

You’ll receive an email with the return confirmation once it has been completed.

Please present this confirmation to your bank so they can assist in hastening the process if the credit does not appear in your account within 14 days.

If you drop it off, they will deduct the cost of the return from the amount you receive.
