I’ve always loved rexall in Valleyview but this last 6 months I’ve noticed a change in the staff and pharmacy. You can feel the stress in the air. I also noticed that I and others have to wait a long time for our prescriptions. I’ve noticed that there ready but I am waiting for the pharmacist to check them. Some times it takes him awhile to come out of the back which then I notice that I’m not alone waiting for mine. It’s frustrating. Your given a wait time for a reason. I feel sorry for the guts behind the counter because they get the blame

So I dropped off my prescription on Wednesday and the lady told me that they were behind a d it would take awhile to fill. I said ok I understood a she gave me a wait time of about an hr.me and my mother came back and a different lady said it was next to count. I was like really it’s been a hr and it’s not done. I was new at this pharmacy and was not impressed already. So I said ok and went and looked around the store while my mom sat and waited for me. She told me 10 min. I came back and it was done but the pharmacist had to check it. She went back there and told him but he didn’t come out. She carried on with other things and said he’d be out right away but he never came out. So she went back there again and he still took a while to come out. When he did he took a phone call. By that time it had been at least half an hr. Somebody needs to do something or I may not come back again.

This is the last time I stand in line while “Zenaida” puts on a floor show, discussing the relative merits of customer purchases and PUSHING a rewards card—told her TWICE no (very clearly). Her floor show was with customers in line, including my wife who was leaning heavily on a cane. I also have no wish to have someone with 2 inch pointed talons handing my purchases.
