  1. The gentlemen working was very sexist and I am completely insulted by the way he kept on me. Instead of asking any of the other men in the store if they needed help, he insisted to hound me like I was a lost little girl in the store. I will not be returning.

  2. I was waited on in a timely manner. I needed 2 front windshield wipers and the female counter person was informative and knowledgeable and actually replaced both.

  3. Very upset my daughter went to have her battery check bc it wouldn’t crank and we had just got the battery a month ago. A bulk female came out to check the battery and said it’s not reading. The another black guy came out a supervisor then said I’ll yes you got it from here but I have to charge the battery and see if it says there something wrong with it! Had her sitting in the cold mine you it 40 degrees outside and she 6 months pregnant . I had to come up to the store and wait another 30 to 35 min before they let me no anything! While other employees standing around laughing like it was funny!! I’ll never give them my business again Ever!!! And they said this is standard not with all customers!!!

Ran into store for windshield wiper blades…first thing I spied as I pulled up to the store was a bright yellow sign on the window saying,‘free windshield wiper installation with purchase of any blades’…so I went into store,picked out my blades and headed to counter….first of all n one was wearing face masks…not one of the employees had one on!!! Really! Second,after I paid for the blades,I said,will you blessed install these and he replied,”I’m sorry I can’t…I’m the only on the floor right now,the other guy is in the bathroom”. Not,can you please wait a few minutes, and I’ll get that for you. Also at this point, there was maybe one other customer in the store….pure laziness!!!

  5. Everytime I visit advanced auto parts store # 08102. Antonio E. Is always energetic, friendly , and always willing to help and give you advice. He is very helpful and he knows his stuff. Really a stand up guy.
