Return Policies

If you want to get your money back, don’t worry. You can return items for free in person or by mail. Gift cards, face masks, and other items from our “We Made Too Much” section can’t be returned or exchanged. Note that the shoes must be in the box and come with proof that they were bought.

Want to return a “Like New” item? This seems like a different way to do it! We can’t take Like-New returns in store right now.

You’ll need to go to the LIKE NEW RETURNS PORTAL, where you’ll be asked to enter your name and order ID (which can be found on your order confirmation) to get a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the item back. You have to pay for the shipping costs to send it back.

Fast Track Refund Policy

How Can I Receive My Fast Track Return?

If you’re returning fewer than three items, you might be able to get your money back when you drop off your return at FedEx or USPS. Before you can do this, you’ll need to be logged into your lululemon account.

Start the process by going to the RETURNS PAGE and following these easy steps.

  1. Sign in to your lululemon account and choose “Fast Track Return” from the menu. Choose your return shipping label from this page.
  2. Put your item(s) in the bag or box that can be used more than once. (Remember, you can only get the Fast Track Refund if you have three items or less.)
  3. Put the shipping label on the outside of the package and make sure the barcode can be seen. (If you’re using USPS, you can use your mobile code).
  4. Drop off your package at FedEx or USPS so that the courier can scan it and get your Fast Track Refund.
  5. Within the next two hours, a lululemon e-gift card will appear in your inbox as if by magic. Our gift cards can be used in our stores or online. They never expire or lose value, and the sale is final.

You can’t get a Fast Track return for a product that is “like new.”

I’m Not Seeing The Option For A Fast Track Refund On My Account.

To get a Fast Track Refund, you need to make sure you’re only sending back 3 items or less. Please remember that if you don’t already have a lululemon account, you’ll need to make one (you can do that HERE).

Can I Receive A Ups Label For A Fast Track Refund?

No–at this time, we’re only able to process a Fast Track Refund through FedEx or USPS.

No—we’re currently only able to process a Fast Track Refund to a lululemon e-gift card.

Do You Have A Holiday Return Policy?

Yes, if you buy something between October 5 and December 24, you can return it until January 22. Remember that you can only make an exchange in the store.

Are There Conditions For Returns And Exchanges?

Yes. If you change your mind about the gear you bought and it’s been less than 30 days, we can take it back. Also, our holiday return policy is now in effect.

You can return anything you bought between October 5 and December 24 until January 22. The item must be unworn and unwashed, have the hang tags still attached, and come with a receipt.

Gift cards, face masks, and other items from our “We Made Too Much” section can’t be returned or exchanged, so keep that in mind.

If you try on your shoes and find that they don’t work for you, you can get a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the date you bought them. Shoes must be in the box and come with proof that they were bought.

How Can I Make An Online Return?

Follow these easy steps to get a refund back to the way you paid for your order if you are returning more than 3 items. Go to the RETURNS PAGE to start a return and print your shipping label.

  • Sign in if you have an account. If not, enter your order number and email.
  • Once you’re signed in, you’ll find instructions on how to choose the items you want to return, print your shipping labels, pack your items, and find the closest shipping outlet to you.
  • When your return request has been sent successfully, you’ll get an email with the RMA (return merchandise authorization) number that shows up on the screen. You’ll need this number to find out where your return is in the process.
  • Put your item(s) in the bag or box that can be used more than once.
  • Put the shipping label on the outside of the package and make sure the barcode can be seen.
  • Find a FedEx Ground location in Canada if you live there. If you live in the US, you can drop off your package at a FedEx Ground location or a USPS.
  • We’ll send you a refund within 3–5 business days after we get your package at our warehouse. We’ll let you know by email when this has happened.

Send an email to [email protected] with your order number, full name, email address, country of residence, and the item(s) you wish to return if you are unable to visit a FedEx Ground or USPS post office.

Can I Make A Return In Person For An Online Purchase?

Yes. If you bought your gear on one of our North American lululemon websites, you can return it to any North American lululemon store. Please note that returns can’t be made at factory outlet stores. Find the store closest to you HERE.

I Paid Using Paypal—how Can I Get A Refund In-store?

In our stores, we can’t give refunds to PayPal, but we can put a credit on an AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, or gift card.

How Can I Exchange An Item?

If you want to exchange something you bought online or in a store, go to the Lululemon location closest to you. Our in-store Educators will be happy to help.

Keep in mind that with our GEC, exchanges can only be done in store and not online. Find the store closest to you HERE.

How Do Exchanges Work If I Bought My Order In One Country And I Am Returning It In Another Country?

In North American stores, you can exchange or put money back on a gift card for things you bought in the US or Canada (or credited back onto a gift card by mail within the same country).

Remember that the items you bring back will be valued in the currency of the country where the return is being processed.

I Want To Return Or Exchange A Gift.

If you want to return a gift, you can set up a FREE RETURN ONLINE using the order ID on the packing slip, in your order confirmation email, or on the gift receipt.

You can also find your CLOSEST STORE LOCATION to have the money put on a gift card. Keep in mind that with our GEC, exchanges can only be done in store and not online.

What Items Are Final Sale? Can I Return Swimwear?

Yes. When you return swimwear, the hygienic liner must still be there. All “We Made Too Much” items, gift cards, and face masks are sold as is.

When Will I Get My Refund?

Once your return is processed at our warehouse, the money will be put back on the card you used to pay for the item. Within 3–10 business days, this should show up on your statement.

Please keep in mind that banks may need more time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until the next monthly billing cycle for your credit card.

Like New Policy

How Can I Return A “like New” Purchase?

If your Like New product doesn’t meet your needs in any way, you can return it online within 30 days. Visit the LIKE NEW RETURNS PORTAL,

Where you’ll be asked to enter your name and order ID (which can be found on your order confirmation) to get a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the item back.

Lululemon return policy after 30 days

You have 30 days to return items to Lululemon and get your money back. Lululemon lets you return any item within 30 days, even shoes and “Like New” items. If you return something after 30 days, you won’t get a full refund, but you can try your luck with a Performance Return or a Like New trade-in.

From what I’ve heard, this could be a little different for you if you took off the tags and wore the item, only to find out later that it was made wrong.

In this situation, you have a good chance of getting your money back or, at the very least, a “even exchange.”

What If I Lost My Receipt?

Even if you can’t find the receipt, you should still be able to return the item…in most cases.

In particular, they will be able to look up your transaction history if you gave them your phone number when you checked out IN-STORE.

I asked a Lululemon representative on live chat what would happen if I didn’t give the employee my phone number…

can you still return something if you don’t have a receipt?

I was told, “It’s up to the store to decide if they’ll take it back for store credit. When you bought something in the store, they always asked for your phone number. This would bring up your profile.”

So make it a habit to say “OK” when they ask for your phone number, as it will make the process of returning things much easier.

In your online Lululemon account, you can look at your order history and get an online invoice for something you bought online.

Are Any Clothing Items Excluded from the Policy?

Only items that are already on sale can’t be returned within 30 days.

The person I talked to on chat said that all “marked down items” are final sales and can’t be returned.

So…it looks like you CANNOT return something you bought from Lululemon that wasn’t sold at full price.

That makes no sense! Is that right? Does anyone really know what’s going on?

Before you ask, yes, you can return swimwear as long as the hygienic liner is still in place.

Also, it’s important to know that “we made too much” items and gift cards are also considered final sales.

What Is a “Fast Track” Return?

When you drop off your return at a FedEx or USPS location, you get your money back within two hours. This is called a “Fast Track return.”

You can only return 3 items or less, and you’ll get your money back in the form of a Lululemon e-gift card sent to your email inbox.

With Fast Track, the only way to return something is with an e-gift card. It can be used in-store or online, and it never goes out of date.

If you’re eligible for this “quick money” return, you’ll see the Fast Track Return option when you log in to your Lululemon account.

How Do I Return or Exchange a Gift?

You can either take the item back to a store with your gift receipt, or you can talk to a live chat operator, who can help you if you can’t get to a store.

Can I Do an Exchange Online?

No.

You can only do an exchange in-store at a Lululemon location.

How Is a PayPal Return Processed?

If you bought something from Lululemon and paid for it with PayPal, you can’t use PayPal to return it right now.
