I wanted to leave a complement about Marvin at Fedex store number 1716 Location code fluki. Your process is waaaaay too complicated and time consuming, Marvin was extremely helpful. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give him a 10.

I don’t want the $5. Just give Marvin the 10 rating.

After several unsuccessful attempts @ fedex.com/welisten to issue an employee survey, I am using this forum as a means to acknowledge your employee known to me as Robert at center # 0328 Location code LGBKN. Transaction 940297120154 and several others.

I am representing myself in a Civil Case, and the appeal of the Judgement of this case. Needless to say, I have tons of documents to copy and sereve the Court and Defendants.
On more than one occasions Robert went far beyond the call of duty to assist me in meeting by deadlines for filing and serving the Court and Defendants. I could not have met these deadline with the Robert’s assistance.

I will forever be in his debt.
An outstanding employee most deserving of the highest employee rating.

This survey is too complicated I just wanna give props to Michael at center number 0297 location code MMRC. I will Only go to fedex because this dude is so respectful and kind. I was so tired after work with 3 kids in tow and he printed out my sons glasses script for us in Walmart or they wouldn’t let us in the vision shop. He saw an opportunity to help and no questions asked he stepped in. Thank you MICHAEL!!!

Ps he printed the script off for free right before fed ex closed. Walmart vision store was going to turn us away – that’s what I meant to say above. They said I needed a hard copy script but didn’t tell me until After I arrived.

I went to the Fedex office off 144th Center in Omaha twice. Marlene H. helped me both times. She went out of her way to help me both times. I needed help faxing out insurance papers. Marlene was totally involved in helping me. She is a very pleasant young lady and assured me I wasn’t stupid needing help. LOL Based on my experience with her my feelings toward Fed Ex are completely positive. She is an asset to Fedex.

I agree with the comments above. I could not access the customer survey. #10 rating to Robert at store SJCKN
on Prospect Rd. in San Jose Ca. Extremely helpful on a printing order. Another printing co. quoted $10.. ea for 20 pamphlets. Robert did the whole job, scanning, printing, collating, and stapling for a little over $2.00 ea. I will be back when I run out of this order

fedex.com/welisten is not listening because your website is STILL down. Maybe this survey really matters but with the big 404 page not found still popping up after a MONTH according to the comments above, I will post my experience here. I visited the downtown Orlando(ORLK) #3994 today and was very impressed by the excellent and professional service that I received by Dax. Not only was I impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness with me, but with others as well. I highly recommend this location if you need a few things done and a little assistance, Dax is the most helpful and courteous rep I have seen in a while. Give him a 10 and keep the $7 towards better management that can keep a website up and act as if they are really listening or caring. eyeroll…

Your survey could be way easier if you actually did want customer comments. However the service at store# 1485 in Mokena Ill is always great. Oliver and Alexander are most helpful and always pleasant every time I ship packages. The packages arrive on time and I would never use any other shipping company

Hey I would like to give Sharon & Christin much RESPECT for there HELP, I’m a older lady & I’m NOT good with technology & they JUMPED right in to help me with my paperwork, from, I forgot my code, I couldn’t figure out how to get my Email up, & they help me make copy’s, THEY NEED a RAISE,& MOVE up the CORPORATE LADDER, BUT DON’T take them AWAY from this Store it is inLawndale.California & the store # is 0370 they ALWAYS take they time , now a days people don’t take they time to walk you through anything. I wanted to take the survey, but there are too many surveys out there that are either old or lead to nowhere. I didn’t have the patience to keep searching.
However, Ian at Store number 5194, Location code GRBK was very helpful. He got me exactly what I needed and in a very short amount of time. Ian is very professional and friendly. Give that guy a raise! The poor dear was working on a federal holiday!

Thank you Aida and Linda for being efficient and courteous. I went to Fedex office in Forest Hills Queens NY on June 16th 2021 in the morning to drop off packages and pickup. I was greeted with enthusiastic voice and smiling eyes( they were wearing mask and I did not see the lips). I was assisted with taping my package and posting my envelope. upon completed posting my envelope my pickup packages was on a cart and ready to be carry to my van. WOW!! this is what quality service feel like. Kudos to Aida and Linda I know Fedex is bless to have very enthusiastic employee like you keep up the good work.
