Once you have complete the shell UK guest feedback survey successfully, you’ll get a chance to take part in Shell’s Prize Draw.

Two prize draws are available, known as Fuel Prize Draw and EV Prize Draw.

There are 11 prizes available each calendar month from the Fuel Prize Draw whilst the Promotion is running. These are as follows:

1 (one) £100 (one hundred pounds) worth of Shell V-Power fuel vouchers (the “First Fuel Prize”); and

10 (ten) £10 (ten pounds) worth of Shell V-Power fuel vouchers (the “Runner-Up Fuel Prize”).

• The Sweepstakes is open to permanent Great Britain residents only.
• Participants must be 18 or over.
• You can only enter the Shell prize draw once in a calendar month.
• Only one survey entries are allowed per household, per week
• Each participant may only win one prize.
• No other types of entry will be accepted.
• The winner is required to claim the reward within 14 days after receiving the winning notification.
• All charges are the duty of the winner.
• No entries on behalf of third parties will be accepted
• Employees and associates are not allowed to enter.

• Have a basic knowledge of English.
• A mobile device, computer, or tablet with internet access.
• A valid Email address is required.

How to Do Shell Feedback Survey at www.Shell.co.uk/tellshell?

• Open your web browser and go to www.shell.co.uk/tellshell or tellshell.shell.com.
• Enter the Site ID, Date, and Time of your visit.
• Click on the START button to give your feedback.

• Start answering by giving ratings and your satisfaction with various conditions.
• Recall your visit experience and start answering Shell Customer Survey questions.
• Give appropriate evaluations to staff, environment, cleanliness, etc
• Specify problems and suggestions in the process.
• Choose ‘Yes’ to enter the Shell Prize Draw to win the gift card
• Fill in the contact details by providing original information as you will be contacted related to the prize draw.
• Submit the feedback.

Shell Prize Draw Winners

The prize draws will be conducted by the Promoter.

Each month, the names of all Participants who submitted a valid entry will be entered into an Excel sheet.

There will be one section for EV Participants and a separate section for Fuel Participants.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to contact made by the Promoter within 5 business days, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner from the remaining entries.
