My granddaughter is a great fan of Boston Pizza since the age of 5. We went to the Kanata restaurant because it’s close to the Landmark theatre. My comments are mine not hers. Your servers need to learn how to address older customers. We cringe when called dear. darling. sweetheart. We are still very much aware and abhor being talked to as if we were senile. The 2nd point is portions. Your food is good but we all don’t eat like truckdrivers. Offer smaller portions to women especially. I tried your survey but it wouldn’t allow me past the 1st page. I certainly like your restaurant but dislike the points mentioned above.
