To be eligible for the Survey Period drawing, you must postmark your mailed entries by the Entry Period End Date and ensure they are received by the date indicated in the chart below.

• You must mail each entry separately in its own outer envelope.
• No copies, facsimiles, or mechanical reproductions will be accepted.
• Limit one (1) mail-in entry per post-marked envelope.
• Partially completed and/or mechanically reproduced entries or rubber-stamped entries will be void and ineligible.
• The Sponsor will own all entries received and will not return them.

ACE Hardware Survey Winners Selection

The organizers will randomly draw fifteen (15) potential Grand Prize winners from all eligible entries received for each Survey Period during the Promotion Period.

We will hold the drawing for each Survey Period based on the chart above.

An independent sweepstakes agency will perform the drawings, and their decisions regarding all matters related to these Sweepstakes will be final and binding.

We will award the prize approximately 45 days after we verify the winner.
