  1. I took my van to the Firestone on Ames rd. In Parma Ohio to get my brakes fixed they had my van for six days and kept telling me they were having problems with fixing it when they finally got it fixed so they claimed they told me it was good to go, one of the employees had an attitude with me when I asked him if everything was working ok and he replied the best as it’s going to work so I paid my bill and took the van home and the next morning I got up there was a puddle of brake fluid under the right rear tire and almost all of the brake fluid was gone from the brake reservoir do the van was not fixed like I was told terrible terrible unprofessional service it seemed to me like they just wanted to get the van out of there no matter how unsafe it was.

  2. As always, I was greeted cheerfully and promptly served. The waiting area was clean and well lighted They showed me what was going on with may car and since it checked out ok, I was able to leave, knowing that the key elements of my vehicle had be looked at and were in safe operating condition. Another pleasant experience. Thanks again for great service.
