Vincecamuto.com allows customers to return their purchases to DSW stores or exchange them for something else in accordance with its return policy.
Other than items marked “FINAL SALE,” you can return items to a U.S. DSW store or dsw.com for any reason within 90 days of the original purchase date to get a full refund using the same method of payment you used to buy the items (including PayPal).
* To receive a refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase, you must return the item in its original packaging, it must be unworn, and you must provide the original sales receipt or shipping invoice.
Some other rules and conditions that apply to returns and exchanges of goods are:
- If you return something after 90 days and have the original sales receipt or shipping invoice, you will get a merchandise credit, no matter how you paid for it in the first place.
- If you make an exchange within 60 days and have the original sales receipt or shipping invoice, you will get a credit on the same form of payment you used to pay for the item.
- If you want to exchange something after 60 days, you will get a merchandise credit for the difference.
- Furthermore, if you receive a gifted item and wish to return or exchange it, please note that any refund issued for returns or exchanges processed through dsw.com will be credited back to the original form of payment. - If you return something you bought with DSW Rewards or an offer, you will only get the final price back. We cannot reissue or refund rewards and offers, unless you exchange them on the same day you bought them.
- You can return items you bought on dsw.com to a DSW store, but you can’t return items you bought in a DSW store to dsw.com.
- If you want to return something without the original sales receipt or shipping invoice, you will get a credit for the same amount as the item’s current selling price. DSW may limit the number of returns that can be made without an original sales receipt or shipping invoice. All returns without the original sales receipt or shipping invoice must be accompanied by a valid ID. This could be a driver’s license, passport, military ID, or state-issued photo ID card.
- You can return or exchange items that were purchased as part of a “Buy One Get One Free” (BOGO) deal. When you return or exchange BOGO items, the refund or exchange you receive will depend on how the BOGO discount was applied at the time of purchase.

- In the online portal, you can choose the item you want to return or exchange and why you want to do so.
- Use a label that has already been paid for and drop it off at any FedEx location.
- If your order qualified for free returns, you can use this label to send your items back at no extra cost.
- If your order didn’t qualify for free returns, you can still use this label to send the item back. To cover shipping costs, $8.50 will be taken out of your refund.
- After you drop off your return or exchange at FedEx, you will get an email with tracking information.
Returns
Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return and credit any funds on your original form of payment.
Exchanges
DSW will send your new item to you as soon as they receive confirmation from FedEx that they have received your exchange through the online portal. You won’t have to pay for shipping, and when your new item ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking information.
DSW will send you the items you want to exchange once they receive confirmation from FedEx that they have received your return package.
If the exchanged item is not returned unworn, in its original packaging, and with the original sales receipt or shipping invoice, you will be charged for both the original purchase and the exchange.
Moreover, you can only exchange an item if you wish to purchase the same product in a different size or color. However, if you want to exchange for a different item, please follow the steps for returns and place a new order.

Exchange Via Mail
DSW handles exchanges in the same way as returns, and as a result, sends out the new item again. However, there is a difference in how the transaction is handled. Specifically, the store will charge you for the item that you exchanged and provide you with a credit for the item that you returned.
Just follow the steps above and write “replacement” on the package. Your job is done.
If the exchange is made within 60 days, then any difference between the old and new products will be refunded back into the same form of payment that was used to buy them.
This would be given back in the form of store credit after 60 days. You will only get a gift card in exchange for a gift, nothing else.
Paypal Returns
We will issue PayPal refunds using the same payment method that the customer originally used. However, the manner in which the goods are exchanged is what sets it apart.
People who use PayPal can not exchange money through the mail. You can only take thing back to a store.
The DSW employee cannot use their PayPal account to make a new purchase.
Moreover, if you made a purchase using a combination of PayPal and a gift card, you would receive a merchandise credit for the full amount.

The representative told me “We’ll take them back if you haven’t worn them too much” (as far as testing them out.) We just won’t take a pair that is already worn, if that makes sense. If you got a pair that was not right, we did make it right for you!”
So, I took that to mean that you can try on the shoes all day at home and still send them back for free.
If you wear them outside for a long time and damage the soles, they might not let you return them.
What If I’m Returning a Gift?
When you return a gift, you’ll have to settle for a credit that you can use to buy something else in the future.
Also, if you return something you bought with a DSW Rewards certificate, you’ll only get the final price back.
