I had a great time at Chuck E. Cheese The customer service is great the food was right on time games are awesome and most of all I had a great time One of the employe name was Jahniya she did a great job I would definitely come back and I would want her to be my hostess again
When I came to Chuck E. Cheese I was having a rough day and there’s one employee came up to me saying I how can I help you and I said help me get over my long hard day of work and you know what she said well let’s get started and she sent me to my table and the next thing I know I was having a great time so thanks to Jahniya I would definitely want to come back again
I had a really great time me and my kids they enjoyed it the food was great the days were awesome I recommend Chuck E. Cheese’s nothing will definitely come back we are coming back the employees that help me out her name was Jahniya she’s great with people and she’s a great customer service

Not sure why I paid almost 2.00$ for a 1/4 cup of toppings?! An your lake Charles store, you guys got rid of games an put tables in there place. So the price was raised an you have fewer games for kids. I think the Corporation of chucky cheese needs to look at what’s going on here. I also understand that I don’t have to bring my grandkids back. I know you guys know what your doing, an ripping of families in this time!, you guys are heartless an a disgrace.

Amanda at the Fairview Heights, Illinois, location is Great at what she does, she was very helpful with helping me figuring out the play time with this being my first time at Chuck E cheese I was a little confused, but she made me feel at ease. All around she is a very happy go lucky person and is very professional. You need more people like her on your team.

Went to the chuck E cheese located @ 18701 E 39th street independence was greeted by rude host. Host did not smile when greeting my family and sort had a attitude when ask about wings I was meet with a eye roll and told it was a wing shortage I believe the host Zaire was very rude and unprofessional to be working in a children’s place
My son got his p*n*s stuck in one of the slides in the play area and my husband had to go up and get it unstuck. Then we were asked to leave because my 15 year old son got his p*n*s stuck in the kids play area. Unacceptable please fix this.
