I cannot access the survey for some reason. But I am so irritated! I have been a customer for many years! Ordered a birthday gift way last week. It still has not arrived. Called the number provided..(in another country of course..I could not understand him and him me) . Giving my information, this person could not find ANY of my information! Not my address nor the recipients address, nor ANY previous recipients!!! I ALSO tried to have this person change my email address because it has changed … with no results! I Did reorder the gift today AGAIN. My concern now is that their is a possibility of BOTH orders arriving and that I had to pay TWICE. Or, neither package arrives and never getting a credit for either one! (Please see my new email address). Look forward to some feed back.
