  3. Woman at counter so rude to me at Springvale on 28/1/2020 around 4:50pm.
    I cam in post office Springvale with my two boys. I asked her for application form for concession card bus student and she reply rude to me and i’ll try to ask her where I can get that form she still reply rude again to me so I left but my kids want to buy 2 glues, then I bought 2 glues and give money $7 to her on her hand with my polite words but when she give change $1 back by through it to me with angry face too. Why???
    I never see like that before over there.

  5. I posted a parcel to New Zealand on the 17/02/2020. I paid extra to have tracking on it. As of the 03/03/2020 all the tracking is telling me is that it is in Melbourne still. The parcel was posted from my post office in Golden Square Victoria and the girls there have done all they can for me but it really hasn’t been of any help. They gave me a number to ring to talk to someone but there is no option on there to actually speak to anyone. With what it costs to send mail the service should be better and when you are told it will arrive in 5 days I expect it to arrive in 5 days not still be waiting for it 16 days later.

    Parcel received by recipient at Mudgeeraba Qld. On 19/3/20 minus the goods which were obviously stolen.

  11. monday23/3/2020 i bought a padded mailer pm2 x1 it was stamped so that it meant it was paid for
    tuesday 24/3/2020 go back to Colac PO to post the mailer counter assist said 8.95 to post i tendered $20 receive a handful of change plus receipt , when i return home i find i have been charged $1.45 for the bag, why stamp it to indicate paid for if the staff ignore it. i cant find receipt for monday

  17. Had mail redirected temporarily for 2 months on 6/7/2020 to commence on 10/7/2020. Mail still being delivered to old address 2 weeks after direction was to commence. Quick to take your money but no service. Not the first time this has happened. Similar problems when had mail held, took 3 days later to get mail delivered and then only after phone calls.
