Great Yarmouth store need to retrain their assistant manager Tom how to talk to customer and learn not to get on his high horse.He is in a place of work and is dealing with adults not his mates on the corner of the street . I don’t envy his colleagues if he spoke to a customer like he did to me how do he treat them.l ask to talk to the manager he told me he was the manager and walked off.which l found out he was not,l did complain to the manager l have worked in retail for over 36years so l no customer service. He has a lot to learn.may be this is not the job for him.
