How To Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date your order was shipped to return something you bought from Zara.com. All of the tickets should be on the items & they should be in perfect condition.
You can return your goods in one of these ways:
Return Zara Store
You can return your order for free at any Zara store in the same market or region where you bought it.
All you have to do is show the sales receipt and the items you want to return. You can show it on your phone print it out or bring in your ZARA QR code which you can find in the “Purchases” section of the Zara app.
Remember that you do not have to ask for a return through the website or app if you’re returning something in-store.
You can send someone else if you can’t go to the store.
How do I access my invoice?
If you already have an account at Zara.com use your username & password to sign in. Under the details of the order you want to return, you will see a link to view your electronic receipt.
If you bought something as a “guest” you can find your receipt by clicking on the link in the email we sent you about your order.

You may return items from multiple orders in the same shipment, and we will send you the same number of return labels as the number of shipments you send through email. Take the package you want to return to any drop-off location after applying the label to it.
If you want to return a large HOME item from your order, we’ll ask you to contact us so we can arrange a home return for you.
Please keep in mind that you need to postmark your return package no later than 30 days after receiving the email confirming shipment.
