given the complexity of the many contests and rules Loblaws must not really want anyone to win anything. The question is “where is the survey?” this is ridiculous.

I completed your store opinion survey and entered into the draw because I’m a PC Optimum owner. Your link to the contest rules does not work. The only way to complete the survey was to say “yes, I read the rules” however, because the link did not work, I really couldn’t read them but I wanted to complete the survey and submit it. Can you please help with this and send me your contest rules? Thank you.

Monika from loblows on West 16th and arbutus genuinely one of the nicest women I’ve come across, she’s always smiling and welcomes me so nicely everyday I’m in the shop. I hope Monika gets the recognition she deserves as she always makes my trip that little bit better. She is an excellent employee and I hope she hears this

Although it’s my understanding that all employees personally named in a survey will be individually acknowledged and recognised by the store management in appreciation for their customer service. However, that said, I have not ever been advised by any of the several people I’ve specifically identified at the RCSS at 825 Don Mills Rd ( which currently number about NINE persons) that they have indeed been personally recognized. As such, I’m truly wondering WHY that is not happening and what can/will be done to correctively address this seemngly apparent oversight. That said, I’d be grateful if you would please advise me accordingly whereupon I can again give you many of the employee names. Thank You! Respectfully, David King

I have recently purchased chicken legs from my local independent grocer and when we opened the package to prepare it for diner the product stunk so much and product was slimy. It turned my wife’s stomach so bcutamer to have had this productad that she got sick.l called the store to make them aware of this and to return the product which they agreed and my only other response was that they would make the meat departement aware of this and that i was not the first costumer to have had this problem.We are seriouly considering taking our shopping needs to your local competitor ,this was not the first occurrence.
