Roundy’s Supermarkets Survey Winners

Each month 101 winners will be chosen via random drawing among all the eligible entries received during the promotional period.

One winner will receive a $5000 Kroger gift card plus the first 100 winners will receive $100 in Kroger gift card.

The winners will be notified via phone, email, and/or USPS mail, or other home delivery service of the Sponsor’s choice.

They have to return an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility/Liability within 5 days of notification.
