Williams Lake BC had a good Walmart.
I bought an ever start battery ,148.97 +15.00 core charge . I brought my old battery in ,the lady at the return said that the 15.00 core had to be a ever start battery. then she said the core was for the new battery .I ask to speak to the manager , she flat out said NO! the store 3160 Oakwood drive. I did not get the 15.00 core on my old battery ,I did not get to recycle my old battery! that is my day at walmart

I would like to know when re-stocking is normally done. Many items sell out early and many visits have found that the shelf for the item wished for is empty.

I did not have a good experience in the Walmart in Strathroy.A few of the people on the floor are ignorant and rude to me and other people I know . They lost my business will not return.
I am sick to death of the rude, ignorant Karen at the door. This so-called greeter, harasses and questions me about my mask exemption like a Nazi asking “where are your papers.” This is a violation of the Ontarians with Disabilities act and liable for a $10,000 fine. I will report this woman to the Human Rights Tribunal if she does this one more time.
I am sick to death of those claiming exceptions when in fact there are very few. If you can’t wear a mask don’t go out. Today I saw two people without masks, with a second person. One f the non mask wearers was going the wrong way in the isles. I have COPD and an not except from wearing a mask. The two people that were not wearing masks made my shopping very uncomfortable. PS. I don’t have anyone to do my shopping so I have to go. Also FYI…..to be exempt you need a doctors signature not your appointment wn opinion.

Walmart @Agincourt is the best Walmart I ever been to , the staff is incredible, Chandra at the front cash was so very helpful and so amazingly fantastic, and the store manager Steve is what every manager should be mold after , He is so outstanding will to help u anytime , goes out of his way even if he is extra busy , so take notes all managers of Walmart out there , Steve is the Best Manager hands down around town

I would like to commend your associate his name is Alvin at Walmart Mount Pearl. For generously assisting me while searching for a birthday present to my grand son. What I like about him is he is not hesitated to assist even though he is not yet familiar with the exact location of what I am looking for, he managed to leave what he is doing just help me out. I saw the sincerity of his help with eyes smiling too even though he wears mask. I know that he is just new in that branch. Because I just him there. I am a loyal customer of your since then. And it was my first time to experience an associate who managed to a assist me that way. He can be a company’s great asset.
I really love shopping at Walmart especially last May 17, 2021 at 8pm at Walmart, Macloed Trail, Calgary, Ab branch. One of the staff named Umang was so helpful and very accommodating to assist me and helped me when I told him to continue putting my grocery items to be accounted because I got tired of so many good that I have bought. He was so courteous to accommodate me and extended a help. I even offered a tip of $20 gift card from Walmart but he hesitantly rejected it and he asked me if I am willing just to give it for donation to children. And I said “yes”. Then he gave me a receipt of that donation. I was so happy that night when I finished my grocery because that staff guy was a different staff with very good service ethics that I have met in Walmart that time.
A satisfactory service of a good worker/staff that they have.

TC#0823 1959 0200 0902 3340 May 27/2021 Was unable to get two items. One was a 16×25 Filtrete which was displayed along the isle for easy pick-up. No yellow plastic ropes anywhere. Just like they had bags of soil and there was no problem a few weeks back. But the Filtrete was refused by the cashier. “You must order on line.” Confusing, contradictory, and totally senseless. Second item, P&G had sent me a gift card for a bottle of H& Shoulders shampoo and the cashier did not know how to apply it.

I like shopping at Walmart because they have cashiers, if Walmart were to stop using cashiers We would stop shopping at Walmart, Metro, Longos & Lowblaws/Real Canadian Superstore would get 100% of out business and I know that most of those people in our neighborhood would be doing the same thing. What started this discussion was that there is a store somewhere in Canada that has gone to self checkout only and we all said the same thing “well Walmart will no longer get our business if they do that around here”!
