I am having so much trouble trying to do my TomThumb surveys. I have been trying to tell you all for many months about your wonderful employees. the First ones are at the store inRowlett, TX. Store #. 1925. I also wanted to tell you all about your other store workers. The one inRockwall, TX onGoliad. Store # 2964. The store on Northwest Hwy store # 2561. And your store in Heath, TX. The workers in Rowlett, TX first. , They that have gone far and beyond out of their way to help me. And not only me but all the other customers you have. First I want to tell you all about the ones that work at your TomThumb store inRowlett. Cayden, he has gone out of his way to help me find products I can not find. He has left the front to help me and he is always a soso mean always so extra kind. He is a great great employee for your company. Then there is Kamron, he has been helping me a longtime. Extra, extra kind. He is always so great helpful and kind. He too is willing to give you 100%help. He to goes all out of his way. Then three is RJ the young black stocker who works late at night. He is so kind and so helpful to. He will stop whatever he is doing to help you find what you are looking for. He will go out of his way every-time you need help. And he is so polite to. Then there is Dylan. He is very kind and helpful to. He treats everyone so very nice and he is always so nice to me. Then those Joseph or Joshau, he has been at that store a good while to. He’s been working in the gasoline station of the store. Wow he is just super great. I’ve been knowing him a long time I hope I have his name right because he is such an awesome asset to your company, I sure hope iGot his name right. I hope he still works for your company. Then there is Mr. Desmon. He is great. He is awesome so kind and so helpful. He keeps a smile on his face. He is a great great asset to your company. He is a great great Boss and great person to work for. He takes pride in his work and his workers. I meet him at your TomThumb store in ROCKWALL, Texas. He was the same exact way. Then there is that wonderful sweet beautiful kind compassionate Mrs. Kathy.that works in the deli. She makes everybody that comes in that store feel so special. She lights up that Deli department. There was another young blonde hair lady that worked in the deli, but they say she got transferred to I think a Plano store and she is greatly missed. She is a very humble outstanding person. She was truly kind and caring to everyone and so helpful. There are two more young black men In the deli department that are so kind and helpful. Wonderful wonderful young men. Then there is Mr. Jesus in the meat department, he is extra nice and helpful so very caring. There was another white middle aged man in the meat department who was extra extra kind and helpful to do very nice to everyone. I sure wish I knew his name. I haven’t seen him in a while. There are a lot more of your workers in that store that are awesome. I cannot tell you their names because I could never get the surveys to work. Especially 2 young black cashiers and two white cashiers all are very very sweet kind helpful wonderful people. There are some more late night stockers that are very nice kind and helpful going ur of their way to help me and others. There were two other great men that worked at that store before they got transferred to the Health store. Mr. Todd, wow I cannot express to you what another powerful asset you had inMr. Todd. He is so amazing he worked so so hard to keep that store neat organized and in place just like Mr. Desmon. Mr. Todd took great, great Pride In his work and in that store. When I first meet him I really thought he was the store director. He treated that store like it was so very valuable to him. He wanted to make sure everything was in place. Nothing out of place!!!!!!! He kept the Store so very neat. He was great to his workers. I really cannot say enough about him. I can tell you all he is a great great asset to your company very very valuable .. I hope someone from your top office come to check him out. You all need to come to see the Value in your company. I cannot stress the importance to you all how Mr. Todd, Mr. Desmon, Mr. Charles at the Goliad store, Ms. Porechae at the Garland store. And mr. CJ who was also At the Rowlett store before he went to the Heath store. Mr. CK was another great great store organizer. He and Mr. Todd kept that Rowlett store so organized. Now it’s a great thing you moved Mr. Desmon over there because it is still going to be a wonderful great place to shop. All 5 of those people needs to be Store Directors. I have so many more of your workers to tell you about but at the moment time will not allow me to. I hope I can get back to this website for comments again because I have so many many more wonderful things to tell you about your wonderful kind caring employees. All these people deserve raises and to be recognized because these are the people that are going to keep your company going and staying in business. Because without great workers like the ones I’m telling you about. Your company can fail. There are more great workers at the Rockwall store I need to tell you about and at the Garland store a day the Heath store. I know it was a $100 chance I missed to do the survey but my greatest winner was to inform you all about your great family of workers. I have only had a very very few not so nice in counters but not nothing I couldn’t handle nor did I need to report them to you because we would have a kind conversation and they apologized. My shopping at the DeSoto, TX, store 3623 on 03/09/20 went well. The items I wanted were in stock and met my needs. Checkout was quick and pleasant.

As with other customers, I have not been able to log on to the Tom Thumb Survey. I keep getting this website is no longer available.
I just wanted to acknowledge Skylor Nguyen, at store #1786, 4215 South Carrier Parkway, Grand Prairie, Tx 75052.
All your employees who work in the Starbucks are are wonderful employees who take pride in assisting customers.
Skylor takes the extra step of making everyone feel welcome and his personality is refreshing. Always a smile on his face, he definitely makes my day!
