I was at Green Brook, NJ Outback earlier this week when I observed the skills of one bartender/ server named Melissa and found it to be impressive…as a person who worked in food and beverage my entire life and an Outback customer long before this young lady was born…I have seen the best this store has to offer and Melissa is one of them as the food and drink have been consistent as usual…however her skills and friendly service certainly enhances the experience…Never leaving anyone waiting she made drinks, took food orders, delivered bread and meals all after a proper personal greeting on a perfectly timed schedule. I am sure Outback set this lady up for success but mixing in her personality with skills took it to another level…she is a natural that made it look easy and doing 5 or more tasks simultaneously never is as this sharp young lady seemed to process information quickly. I once worked with a Food and Beverage director at Marriott hotels who emphasized having your best player in key positions in order to succeed and it seems Green Brook store has that covered with her there…CONGRATS! Outback and nice job Melissa
