According to Nordstrom’s Return Policy, this service is only for people in the US. If you already have a Nordstorm account, you can sign in to move forward with your return. But if you don’t have an account or are missing some order-related information, follow the steps below:

How are my refunds credited?
All refunds will go back to the way you paid for them in the first place or to a Nordstrom Gift Card. When people buy gifts from us, we give them gift receipts. When you return a present, you can only get your money back on a Nordstrom Gift Card.
If we decide to give a refund but don’t have a record of the sale, we will ask for proof of who you are and give you a Nordstrom Gift Card at the current price. (Gift cards can’t be turned into cash unless the law says so.)
Items Sent Back by Mail: If you paid for your order with a credit card, your account would be credited within 14 business days.
Depending on the bank that sent you the bill and the billing cycle, this will show up on your next bill. If you asked for an exchange, your account would be charged for the new item and credited for the one you sent back.
We’d send you an electronic Nordstrom Gift Card if you paid with a Gift Card. If you paid with Nordstrom Notes, you’d get a new Nordstrom Note for the same amount as the Nordstrom Notes you used.
If a credit card was used along with a Gift Card or Nordstrom Notes, the amount of merchandise charged to the Gift Card or Nordstrom Notes could be refunded via an electronic Nordstrom Gift Card.

Fine Jewelry Return Policy
If you are sending back fine jewelry by mail, please follow the instructions with your package and fill out the return section of the packing slip. Your package needs to be signed for when you send it back with the carrier of your choice.
For your safety, you should insure the package for the value of the thing inside. You can also return your fine jewelry to any Nordstrom shop that carries the brand. Just bring the packing slip and the credit card you used to pay for the order.

How do I make an international return outside of the U.S. and Canada?
When you use Borderfree to place an international Nordstrom.com order, the return process is different, and you can’t get free returns or exchanges.
Contact Nordstrom’s customer service and ask them to send you a Return Merchandise Authorization form on behalf of Borderfree if you want a refund that includes duties, taxes, and tariffs.

Do I need a receipt from my purchase?
Your receipt or order number is the fastest way for us to find your purchase. If you don’t have a receipt, we should still be able to figure out what you bought, but we may need more information from you to help you better.
