Return Policies

If you want to get your money back, don’t worry. You can return items for free in person or by mail.We do not accept returns or exchanges for items in our “We Made Too Much” section, including gift cards and face masks. The shoes must be in their original box and accompanied by proof of purchase in order to be eligible for return.

Want to return a “Like New” item? This seems like a different way to do it! We can’t take Like-New returns in store right now.

You’ll need to go to the LIKE NEW RETURNS PORTAL, where you’ll be asked to enter your name and order ID (which can be found on your order confirmation) to get a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the item back. You have to pay for the shipping costs to send it back.

Fast Track Refund Policy

How Can I Receive My Fast Track Return?

When you drop off your return at FedEx or USPS, you might be able to get your money back if you’re returning fewer than three products. You must be signed into your Lululemon account in order to do this.

Visit the RETURNS PAGE to begin the procedure, then carry out these simple steps from there.

  1. Once you’ve logged in, select “Fast Track Return” from the menu. From this screen, select your return shipping label.
  2. Your item(s) should be placed in the reusable bag or box. (Remember that only orders with three items or less qualify for the Fast Track Refund.)
  3. Ensure that you can read the barcode on the shipping label before applying it to the exterior of the package. (You may use your mobile code if you’re using USPS.)
  4. To receive your Fast Track Refund, drop off your box at FedEx or USPS so the courier can scan it.
  5. A lululemon e-gift card will magically appear in your inbox within the next two hours. Our gift cards are redeemable both in-store and online. They never lose value or expire, and the purchase is final.

A product that is “like new” cannot be returned via the Fast Track procedure.

I’m Not Seeing The Option For A Fast Track Refund On My Account.

Make sure you’re returning no more than 3 products if you want a Fast Track Refund. You must create a Lululemon account if you don’t already have one, so keep that in mind (you can do that HERE).

Prior to beginning the process, make sure you are logged into your account. You can visit the GUEST EDUCATION CENTER if you need additional assistance.

Can I Receive A Ups Label For A Fast Track Refund?

No–at this time, we’re only able to process a Fast Track Refund through FedEx or USPS.

Can I Receive A Fast Track Refund To My Original Method Of Payment?

No—we’re currently only able to process a Fast Track Refund to a lululemon e-gift card.

Do You Have A Holiday Return Policy?

Absolutely if you purchase something between October 5 and December 24 you have until January 22 to return it. You must swap items within the store keep this in mind.

Are There Conditions For Returns And Exchanges?

Yes. If you change your mind about the gear you bought and it’s been less than 30 days, we can take it back. Also, our holiday return policy is now in effect.

You can return anything you bought between October 5 and December 24 until January 22. The item must be unworn and unwashed, have the hang tags still attached, and come with a receipt.

Keep in mind that you can’t return or exchange gift cards, face masks, and other items from our “We Made Too Much” section.

If you try on your shoes and find that they don’t work for you, you can get a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the date you bought them. Shoes must be in the box and come with proof that they were bought.

How Can I Make An Online Return?

If you are returning more than three goods, simply follow these simple steps to receive a refund in the same manner that you paid for your order. For more information and to print your shipping label, visit the RETURNS PAGE.

  • Activate your account by logging in. Alternatively, type your email and order number.
  • Upon logging in, you’ll discover instructions on how to select the things you wish to return, print your shipping labels, pack your items, and locate the shipping outlet that is most convenient for you.
  • You will receive an email including the RMA (return merchandise authorization) number that appears on the screen as soon as your return request has been sent successfully. This number will let you find out where your return is in the process.
  • You should use a bag or box that you can reuse to contain your item(s).
  • Make sure the barcode is visible when you apply the shipping label to the outside of the package.
  • Find a FedEx Ground location if you reside in Canada. If you reside in the US, you can deliver your box to a FedEx Ground or USPS store.
  • After we receive the product at our warehouse, we’ll issue you a refund within 3-5 business days. When this occurs, we’ll send you an email to inform you.

If you can’t visit a FedEx Ground or USPS post office, send an email with your order number, complete name, email address, country of residence, and the item(s) you want to return to GEC@LULULEMON.COM.

Want to hasten the return process? When you send off your return at FedEx, you might be able to get your money back on a Lululemon e-gift card if you’re returning fewer than three products.

Can I Make A Return In Person For An Online Purchase?

Yes. You can return any item you purchased from one of our North American lululemon websites to any of our North American retail locations. Please be aware that factory outlet stores do not accept returns. CLICK HERE to locate the store in your area.

I Paid Using Paypal—how Can I Get A Refund In-store?

In our stores, we can’t give refunds to PayPal, but we can put a credit on an AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, or gift card.

How Can I Exchange An Item?

If you want to exchange something you bought online or in a store, go to the Lululemon location closest to you. Our in-store Educators will be happy to help.

How Do Exchanges Work If I Bought My Order In One Country And I Am Returning It In Another Country?

In North American stores, you can exchange or put money back on a gift card for things you bought in the US or Canada (or credited back onto a gift card by mail within the same country).

Remember that the items you bring back will be valued in the currency of the country where the return is being processed.

I Want To Return Or Exchange A Gift.

Using the order ID found on the packing slip, in your order confirmation email, or on the gift receipt, you can create a FREE RETURN ONLINE if you want to return a present.

To get the funds loaded into a gift card, locate your CLOSEST STORE LOCATION. Remember that exchanges with our GEC are only possible in store not online.

What Items Are Final Sale? Can I Return Swimwear?

Yes. You must return swimwear with the sanitary liner still inside. There will be no returns or exchanges on any “We Made Too Much” merchandise, including gift cards and face masks.

When Will I Get My Refund?

We will put the money back on the card you used to pay for the item once we process your return at our warehouse. Within 3–10 business days, this should show up on your statement.

Please keep in mind that banks may need more time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until the next monthly billing cycle for your credit card.

How Can I Return A “like New” Purchase?

If your Like New product doesn’t meet your needs in any way, you can return it online within 30 days. Visit the LIKE NEW RETURNS PORTAL,

Where you’ll be asked to enter your name and order ID (which can be found on your order confirmation) to get a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the item back.

Lululemon return policy after 30 days

You have 30 days to return items to Lululemon and get your money back. Lululemon lets you return any item within 30 days, even shoes and “Like New” items. If you return something after 30 days, you won’t get a full refund, but you can try your luck with a Performance Return or a Like New trade-in.

How Many Return Days Does Lululemon Offer?

30 days.

You have 30 days from the purchase date to return an item to Lululemon and receive a full refund.

You have 30 days starting from the delivery date of your online order to make a return.

Can Clothing Be Worn?

They prefer that the item be brand-new, unwashed, and with the tags still attached.

If you remove the tags and wear the item, only to later discover that it has a manufacturing defect, your experience might be different, based on what I’ve heard.

You stand a good possibility of receiving your money back in this circumstance, or at the very least, a “even exchange.”

What If I Lost My Receipt?

Even if you can’t find the receipt, you should still be able to return the item…in most cases.

In particular, they will be able to look up your transaction history if you gave them your phone number when you checked out IN-STORE.

I asked a Lululemon representative on live chat what would happen if I didn’t give the employee my phone number…

can you still return something if you don’t have a receipt?

I was told, “It’s up to the store to decide if they’ll take it back for store credit. When you bought something in the store, they always asked for your phone number. This would bring up your profile.”

So make it a habit to say “OK” when they ask for your phone number, as it will make the process of returning things much easier.

You can view your order history and obtain an online invoice for your online Lululemon purchases through your account.

Are Any Clothing Items Excluded from the Policy?

You cannot return items that are not already on sale within 30 days.

The person I talked to on chat said that all “marked down items” are final sales and can’t be returned.

So…it looks like you CANNOT return something you bought from Lululemon that wasn’t sold at full price.

That makes no sense! Is that right? Does anyone really know what’s going on?

Before you ask, yes, you can return swimwear as long as the hygienic liner is still in place.

Also, it’s important to know that “we made too much” items and gift cards are also considered final sales.

What Is a “Fast Track” Return?

Within two hours of dropping off your return at a FedEx or USPS outlet, you will receive your money. “Fast Track return” is the term used for this.

You can only return 3 items, and we will refund your money through an e-gift card from Lululemon delivered via email.

An e-gift card is the sole acceptable form of payment for Fast Track returns. You can always use it, both in-person and online.

When you log into your Lululemon account, you’ll notice the Fast Track Return option if you’re qualified for this “fast money” return.

How Do I Return or Exchange a Gift?

If you can’t get to a shop, you may either return the item there with your gift receipt or speak to a live chat operator who can assist you.

Can I Do an Exchange Online?

No.

You can only do an exchange in-store at a Lululemon location.

How Is a PayPal Return Processed?

PayPal cannot refund purchases made from Lululemon if the payment method used was PayPal.

For a PayPal refund, they will nevertheless give a credit in the form of a gift card, Visa, American Express, or MasterCard.

Does Lululemon Have a Holiday Return Policy?
