Areva prude was very nice and respectful to me and changed my schedule I was suppose to leave tomar @ 9:45 a.m but instead I leave tonight @ 7:15 togniht I have no food nor water and im jus visting Pittsburg GOD BLESS HER AND all u all for taken ur time and explaining things to me closed mouths don’t be fed

My name is Jesse Mutz and I have had the worst time trying to recover my luggage through the 1-800 number. However what you all could have done is just call Kendra at the Greyhound and ask her to look up the ticket number I would have given you and it would have easily been resolved instead of me having to do emails all day long. You all knew how important these arms were to me and how they affect my day today activities and I appreciate you guys taking the long way around it instead of the easy road thank you thank you

Very unprofessional bus was late. Very bad service. Very desappointed. Miss next bus from chicago because bus was late from indiana. Had to wait 24hrs for mext comnextion.
