At the turn of the century, the first Firebirds Wood Fired Grill opened in Charlotte, North Carolina. Today, they have restaurants all over the United States.

They’re always adding new locations because of how well their idea works, how much their team loves what they do, and how loyal their guests are.

Angelo Gordon joined forces with the founders of the Company in 2011 to build on the business’s recent success and help it grow. In 2018, J.H.
