The instructions on my receipt says to go online at cabelas.com/feedback and that site does not exist when I Google that address. I get cabelas.com/retailsurvey and my receipt does not have an alpha/numeric code starting with x, so I cannot even start the survey. This is not a good start to get customer feedback.

I went to our local store in Alaska. Im trying to fill out the information on my reciept . But nothing ….. all it keeps telling me is that the survey no longer exists? Then why is the instructions on my receipts? Maybe if i shop at bass pro shop they will honor my custom feedback and my survey entry????

Today was my first time in the store in over a year. The inventory was very low and the energy of the store was low. I wished I could bought my new rain gear that I was looking for but It looks like I have to order it online. I wanted to use my points from my Master Card today to purchase the Rain gear but wasn’t able to get the product I came there for. The Cabela’s store has changed and the inventory is not the same as it was 5-6 years ago.

stopped by the PDC store today. Only one dressing room open but was directed to the one available. Cashier Mr Frietag was extremely helpful explaining the latest promotion. He also advised me how many points I had available. A good experience overall.

I visited your store at 833 Cabela Dr., Augusta, Ga 30909 on March 30, 2022. I needed to try on some clothing and was assisted by Sonya who was very helpful, patient, and friendly I wanted to recognize her in this survey. She is an example of a wonderful employee and I appreciated her attention very much – as I ended up buying two articles of women’s clothing.
