Your restaurant in Gaylord Michigan has staff who are not educated to work with the public. Having visited there today staff don’t know how to do their jobs. Unable to take down a phone number correctly. Said they called us waiting outside in car which was 15 feet from door. After 35 minutes went to check what happened was told it will be another 10-15 minutes. Totally unacceptable!!
Went to your mason wva bob Evan’s, april 1st 2022. 10:0the hostess samantha was absolutely wonderful.my daughter in wheel chair ,she talk with her as well to us, treated us like we was her only customer she ent beyond any thing I expected. Please acknowledge job well, food was nice and hot and well prepared .the bathroom not so.much the tile on floor cracks needed cleaned commode not clean.
