I usually shop at the ACMA at South fifth street .My experience has always been great with employees and cashiers ,being very professional and pleasant
Today I did a 205 dollars and I had 55 items, which I know is a lot. The cashier, Ernest scanned and completed my transaction and instead of finishing with bagging my items , he left me in front of everybody with my items waiting , to take care of the next person without assisting me .
There was no one in line waiting after that person to even justify such rudeness .
I did not say anything to him or the manager, because I will not make a scene.
I am a physician and would never leave a patient without ending my evaluation to take care of the next one; even I am behind
I do not know if those are his instructions to do that , but that is not a good customer policy.
